GetDSBlockRate

Warning

Whilst this API is implemented in this version of Zilliqa 2.0, the implementation is not yet complete. Use with caution!

This API is deprecated in ZQ2. It now returns a placeholder value for backwards compatibility.

Returns the current Directory Service blockrate per second.
