eth_getCode
If there is code at the given address, return it.
Following the Zilliqa 1 behaviour, if you call eth_getCode() on a Scilla contract, the Scilla source code will be returned.
Parameters
Address
The address of the account to query as a hex value.
Block ID
A block identifier, as specified by https://eips.ethereum.org/EIPS/eip-1898.
